1. How can I enable mail tracking?
Install our Chrome extension from here and login to the extension. Once logged in, you are all set to use the mail tracking feature. Mail tracker works with Gmail. Enable the checkbox that appears beside the SEND button in the compose window of mail tracker. Once the mail is sent with this checkbox enabled, we will track this mail.
2. How will I know when a mail is opened
When a mail that is sent with mail tracker enabled is opened, immediately you will get a desktop notification indicating the mail has been opened.
3. What if I missed the notification
Don't worry if you missed the notification. Click on the extension icon from your Gmail page and you will be able to see the history of all the mails sent with tracker enabled along with the status on when it was sent or when it was opened last time.
4. I sent an email with multiple recipients. Will mail tracker still work
Yes, even if the mail has several recipients, mail tracker will still work. However, we will not be able to find out which recipient opened the email. Even if one of the recipients opened the email, we will send you a notification.
5. What about privacy? Do you read the email content.
Absolutely not. Our users privacy is very important and we do not read the content of your email.
6. What email clients do you support
Our mail tracker solution works only with Gmail.
