1. What are credits


Credits are used to purchase contacts in Saleslift. When you signup for Saleslift in the free plan, you will be able to get purchase 25 contacts for free.


2. How can I get more credits


You can purchase one of the subscription plans from here. You can also get more credits by importing your contacts as a CSV file here. You can also get credits by referring your friends to Saleslift. For every successful referral, you can earn 10 credits.


3. How can I import contacts into Saleslift


You can import contacts via a CSV file. The first row of the file should be the header containing First Name, Last Name, Email, Title, Street, City, State, Zip Code, Phone Number, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn. Please refer to the attachment for the CSV file template.


4. Are there any mandatory fields


Yes, the mandatory fields are First Name, Last Name, Email, Title, Street, City, State and Zip Code


4. Will I get credits for all the contacts that I add


The contacts you add should pass the following criteria to get credits - i) It should have the mandatory fields as listed above, ii) The email address should be a business email address and iii) It should be a new contact which is not already present in Saleslift


5. How long will it take to process the contacts that I upload


We take up to a maximum of 7 days to process the file that you upload


6. How will I know the details of credits earned by uploading contacts


You can check the details of the credits earned in the credit history page
