1. How can I purchase contacts
Use the segmentation tool to search contacts by Name, Title, Location, Company, Industry, Employee Count, Revenue, Location to find the contacts you need. Once you identify the contacts you need, you will be able to purchase them with the credits you have with just one click.
2. Where can I access the contacts I have purchased
You can access the contacts in the My Leads page. From here, you will be able to filter and export contacts via CSV or your Salesforce, Zoho CRM accounts.
3. Where can I access the history of all contacts that I have purchased
You can check the details in the credit history page. It includes the name and company of the contact, credits deducted and date of purchase.
4. I don't have credits to purchase the contacts I need. What should I do
You can earn credits by uploading the business contacts here. Once we process the contacts you have uploaded and assigned credits for them, you will be able to use those credits to purchase contacts.
