1. How is my billing cycle calculated?

The billing cycle is based on the date when you subscribed to a plan. If you subscribed to a plan on March 10, the billing cycle ends on April 9th and the next billing cycle starts on April 10th.

2. What is an email lookup?

A lookup is an email requested from LinkedIn chrome extension or the Google sheets Add-on

3. What happens to the unused credits or email lookups?

Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. For e.g. if you are on a basic plan, you get 100 credits. If you have used only 50 credits, the remaining  50 credits will be elapsed at the end of the billing cycle and for the next billing cycle, you will be assigned 100 credits again. However, credits earned by contribution (Import contacts) have lifetime validity.

The same is applicable for email lookups as well. Based on the subscription plan, at the beginning of the billing cycle, the email lookups will be reset.

4. Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any point of time by writing to us at support@saleslift.io. We will process your request and cancel your subscription. You will still be able to use all the features of the paid plan until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Can you explain the 100% credit back policy?

If the contact you had purchased is found to be invalid, you can mark the contact as invalid and get back 1 credit with which you purchased the contact. This credit can be used to purchase a new contact.

6. What is the difference between monthly and yearly plan?

In the monthly plan, you will be charged every month on a per month basis. You can cancel your subscription at any point of time.

In the yearly plan, you pay for an entire year in advance with a discount offer for 2 months - pay for 10 months and use for 12 months. You will be able to cancel the yearly subscription at any point of time and use the product until the end of yearly billing cycle.
