At Saleslift, we strive hard to provide high-quality emails to our customers so that the email delivery rate is very good. But if the email provided by Saleslift is found to be invalid, we offer credits back so that you can use those credits to purchase a new contact.


2. How can I get the credits back for invalid contacts?


You can mark the contact as inactive and get back the credit that was used to purchase the contact. You can do this from our website: My Saleslift or LinkedIn prospects section. Click on the name of the contact that is invalid and you will see a business card with a button to mark it as invalid. Click on the button to mark the contact as invalid.





3. What happens when I mark a contact as invalid?


We will process your request and assign credits back to your account. You can check the status of your request from the credit history page here.
